There are lot of allegations and theories since Scindia quit congress. I do not find his decision to quit congress unusual at all, it was coming anyway, but what is surprising is that he joined BJP.

So let’s see what people are thinking before I come back to the first paragraph.

Congress is like a software company, scindia is close to VP (Raga) and was promised promotion, but office politics was not letting him getting promoted and VP kept promising that you are just there, and I am sorry for not getting you promoted but CEO and COO (soniya Gandhi and Priyanka vadra) want to consider few more things. Scnidia kept quiet but saw rise in office politics, people close to CEO getting there team members promoted by licking boots and scindia decided, its over.

Now what is the easiest explanation that because scindia saw Kamalnath, diggi and their children as potential threat to his status and congress is letting it happen, he lost it and quit.

Fair enough, but what congress did not anticipate that Scindia might join BJP. They might have thought that He may quit, make a party for 4-5 years and then come back to congress.

What congress failed to read was that MP BJP doesn’t have a strong leader apart from shivraj, who himself was no one before becoming chief minister, and narendra singh tomar, who is from Gwalior, and I, being from Gwalior, know this that no one can be bigger than scindia in Gwalior.

Now in this entire picture, where Priyanka Gandhi is the center for all the events. After winning elections in MP and Rajasthan, when congress leaders were fighting for CM post, the meetings were held on Rahul Gandhi’s residence with Priyanka Gandhi being part of them. Now comes the question, why was she there, she did not hold any post in congress at that time.

That’s the pretty part, congress is a visionary party where it has not just to protect the current heir but upcoming generation as well. Everyone knows that Scindia and Pilot are the two leaders who are having everything positive, from personality to education, public image to followers, when you think about congress. So even though these two are not threat to Rahul Gandhi, given the opportunities, they can be threat to the political career of Priyanka Gandhi’s children. If they perform well as CMs, in future it may not be easy to control them the way Gandhi family can control Gehlot, kamalnath or diggi. Or even worse, if they become chief of state, in future, on denial of national leadership, they might create their own party and will have larger impact, so much that, the way AAP finished congress in Delhi, congress might get swiped in Rajasthan and MP as well. So much at risk for a company called congress owned by Gandhi Family.

So even if congress lost a big leader, it actually made this sacrifice to save congress party in MP and protect national leadership for Priyanka Gandhi’s children. What went wrong is Scindia joining BJP. Although, it’s not going to be easy for Scindia as he has to perform for at least 10-15 years before he can claim for CM post in MP.
